"A Conversation" (Link)
Author's note: This is my second published piece. I was thinking of publishing some haiku, but thought I could work on it a bit more. Instead I have this short story of 50words. I entered this short story in the Extremely Short Story Contest that Mark showed us in class. I came up with it when I was brushing my teeth.

I think this Extremely Short Story has a great effect. The last line is especially powerful--sticks in my head. A short burst of human irony in 50 words.

It is also interesting to imagine you coming up with this as you brush your teeth, staring at yourself. I will be doing the same now.
