"Haiku of the four seasons" by Yu Kominami

"Haiku of the four seasons" (link) by Yu Kominami

Author's note: This is my third, last publishing. I started working on the four haiku since the class on English haiku, and finally feel it is ready.
The images I used are all from google images, as I didn't have any available personally.
The publishing is about what I would feel in each of the four seasons in Japan.

I thanks Kaori for advising me on the arrangement of the phrases, and they look pretty neat overall now. Thank you!

  1. Winter: "it was then

    ...

  2. I know what Kan's reference is, but I wonder if other people get that...I guess they will Google it and find out.

My favorite is one is Spring. I like the last line "Hi there again". The winter haiku also has a nice existential tone to it.

PS: Add a "were" to the 2nd line of Spring?
