"Engrish" by Hisashi Tsuchiya (Link)
The final piece is a short story about "Engrish" which is English Japanese or Asian(?) people speak. The reason English they speak is called Engrish is they don't understand the differences between L and R, S and SH, or S and TH pronounciations. The story is about such an irony.
